SuperAntiSpyware free version is just a scanner that provides no real time protection and such things ordinarily don't matter, BUT, SuperAntiSpyware leaves a service running for no good reason, even though you uncheck the box to not load the program at startup. (It just doesn't load the user interface program)

So I always ditch the program after using it (if I use it).

Malwarebytes free edition is something you can leave installed, and keep up to date in the event that you need to use a good malware scanner. With the exception of the first reboot after removing malware, malwarebytes doesn't need to load anything at startup. The program, and its filter drivers just sit there on disk and don't get loaded until needed.
