417990, virus true or false

Hi,
I'm just wondering whether this is true or not. If your computer's been infected with a virus, then it is more susceptible to future viruses even though that virus has been cleaned. It's more like, once your computer's been infected with a trojan, it creates a backdoor that enables other trojans to easily entered even after that infected trojan is not in the computer anymore.
Thanks.

False, and trojans do not create back door for more trojans, they creaye a back door so that whoever created the trojan can use your computer for some purpose.

I would say that having been infected once is an probable indication of inadequate defenses. For that reason alone, one could be considered more vulnerable, but not as a direct result of the infection.
