"Young lady with raw talent ?"

The more I listen the more I like this young lady's voice.

She isn't yet 15!

She sounds great. One Problem, it does not seem real to me. Is she Lip syncing? Is she a recording Artist? All the backup music with a very common looking presence like some girl in her bedroom does not seem to fit.

Not lip syncing. It was recorded at a studio with her voice and a backing track. The video was done at her home.

She is not a recording artist.

I can guarantee she sang every note - I was there when the recording was made. She is only 14 not a recording artist.

This is a problem she has - no one believes this is her voice!!!

How was it mic'd? The recording sounds "on mic" but there is no microphone in evidence.

Sorry - perhaps I'm misunderstanding and thus misleading you all. I thought you were asking was she lip syncing to someone else's vocals.

The recorded voice is that of the young lady in the video. The recording was made in a studio.

The video was made later in her home of her singing to the earlier studio recording. In that respect I suppose she was lip syncing to her own voice.

The earlier studio recording was then substituted in place of the video soundtrack.

Unfortunately the quality of both audio and video have suffered when trying to synchronise the tracks without professional equipment.

She is not someone that would appear on my play list - sorry. I would classify her as a teenage actress/pop singer, bit lightweight (ability wise) and nothing much distinctive.

She is incredibly popular with the Tweeny crowd. I don't think she's a powerhouse talent either but I really enjoy her music and movies. She is so dam cute in a kid kinda way, I think.
